I have found Omega's with cases very similar to this, but not this exact one. Based on Omega ads from 1935, the case is Staybrite and it has the 20F movement. Any help you . The date of 1920's was confirmed by relatives and the trenchwatch seems very similar. I am a bit worried about the soldering and the wrong hands but the size is 27mm diameter if that is significant. I will follow up the suggestion of taking it to a watchmaker to get it opened.
