This could only happen during manufacturing, perhaps if the case wasn't properly aligned in the jig that hods it . From what I can tell the dial seems to be shifted slightly to the left making the minute markers not align with the “ROLEX” inner bezel letters and the etched crown. On top of that, 12oclock minute marker doesn’t align with the center of the “24” at the top I have seen many pictures showing misaligned rehauts across various models.
