It's from the Omega Dynamic whose case is said to have been designed/produced by the Italian case maker Fernando Fontana from the Lascor Case Factory in Sesto Calende. Apparently Omega purchased that company in 1974.

Omega turned to Star to produce the first batch (believed to be 50) of cases. Here is the original spec sheet. Star Watch Case company was one of companies making cases for Omega. It is extremely unlikely that anybody would bother to make a credible counterfeit of the Omega quartz movement. While I've seen one counterfeit, it was obvious from a mile away.As part of the Alaska project series, this model is encased in a specially commissioned American-made watch case. OMEGA commissioned Star Watch Case Company of Michigan to produce cases for the watches destined for the qualification process.
Star made all the solid gold and gold filled watch cases for Time Computer, including the Omega and Hamilton LED cases that housed the Pulsar modules. Only some stainless cases were made by other watch case companies.
