But I just spoke with a service rep from Rolex and if you need to replace the fluted bezel on a Datejust 41 it will cost 00 usd BEFORE labor. If you have a smooth steel bezel and need to replace it that will cost 0 usd. So for anybody deciding between the two it might be worth it to go smooth bezel.
