As for the watch on left, I believe it is a fake because on dial it says 300m-1000ft water resistant quarts yet on rear it says Swiss made 330feet / water resistant stainless steel - Swiss army 6000. The dial also completely glows in dark. A "real" Swiss Army watch isn't a Swiss Army watch. It's a Victorinox, maker of Swiss Army knives. Whatever that thing is, it ain't a Victorinox. Based on number 1. alone, I'd say it's a fake. Swiss Army make some nice models, and they're not too expensive. If you like the one you got for , it might pay to hunt around for a real one (I don't know if it's based on an actual style - . It has the Wenger rounded cross logo, so it is a Wenger. I believe in non-US markets, Wenger will sometimes drop the "parent company" name branding and only brand .
