I was watching a review of the 124270 and they said there are problems with the 3230 movement, specifically that it's very hard to service. Then I look deeper and find there may be amplitude problems. There's a documented problem with MANY of the 32xx movements. And there are many more that will go on the fritz. Just because nobody has thrown them on a Timegrapher yet to see if the amplitude is low at 24 hours after full wind doesn't mean they won't develop the .
